If you live to far away or cannot visit us with your device then you can send it to us.
Do NOT send in a retail box.
Simply send us your device (recorded delivery), we will inspect it, diagnose the fault(s) and present you with a full quotation for the cost of fixing. If you accept the quotation and require us to proceed with the repair we will request full payment. Should you decide it's not worth the cost of fixing we will send it back to you, the only cost you will incur is the return delivery charge.

Send your device to the address below and include the following information on a piece of paper inside the parcel.
Simply send us your device and we will examine it and where applicable run a full diagnostic check. Our quotation will show a full breakdown of all the issues we find.
How long does a repair take?
This really depends on what you're having done. Most screen repairs are done within a couple of days, same for keyboards and trackpads. Motherboard repair can take anywhere from an hour to six weeks depending on the severity of the issue. For your particular situation, feel free to email or call us to enquire about the turnaround time for your particular device.
We would advise that you do not send your device in it's original packaging as we will not be held responsible for it's safe return. It is advised to pack your device in a brown box which has been padded with bubble wrap or equivelent.
